Vic Hillyard age 71 of Christian County, died Saturday April 3, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah following a short illness. He is survived by his wife Judy Adcock Hillyard of Christian County KY; two daughters, Vickie Dietderich and husband James of Fayetteville, NC and Christine Haslett and husband Blane of Hopkinsville, KY; one step-son, James Thomason and wife Sandra of Nebo, KY; three grandchildren, Ashley Cavillier, Sarah Dietderich and Caleb Haslett; one step-grandson, Branden Kembel; two brothers, Elvis Hillyard of Caldwell County, KY and Pat Hillyard of Caldwell County, KY; one sister, Linda Roberts of Caldwell County, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents, Victor Hillyard Sr. and Reba Mae Vinson Hillyard. Vic Hillyard was a Retired Construction worker for Fergerson Construction and Attended Bethel Chapel General Baptist Church. He was a Well-Beloved Bluegrass and County Musician.
