EDDYVILLE, KY - Patrick Peek, 40, of Eddyville, passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at his home in Eddyville. He was a mechanic, a US Army veteran and a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Lyon County. He is survived by a daughter, Emma Peek ofEDDYVILLE; his parents, Jerry & Linda Perkins Peek of Eddyville; a sister, Cindy Kennedy and her husband, Wade of Kuttawa; two nieces, Kendra Kennedy and Kailey Kennedy; one nephew, Clay Kennedy. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bailey and Grace Peek; his maternal grandmother, Mary Blackburn Eggers and his maternal grandfather, Keith Perkins. A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Monday, March 25, 2013 at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel in Eddyville with Rev. Shane Board and Rev. Terry Davis officiating . Visitation is scheduled from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 P.M. Monday, March 25, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hebron Cemetery, 6813 State Route 1943, Eddyville, KY 42038. Patrick was a loving father to his daughter, Emma. He enjoyed teasing and having fun with his family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a hugh UK and San Francisco 49ers fan.
