Anna Lea Claxton, age 53 of Eddyville died on Thursday, April 10 at Baptist Health of Paducah. She is survived by her husband, Ron Claxton of Eddyville, KY; one daughter, Allison Claxton of Eddyville, KY; Barbara Sisk, Mom #2 of Dawson Springs, KY; one niece, Tonia McKinney; two nephews, Dustin Glass and Brian Glass. She is preceded in death by her father, George David Glass and her mother, Sheila Dunning Baker; one brother, David Glass. Anna Lea Claxton was an Educator and a Member of First Baptist Church in Eddyville, KY. She taught Sunday School and was active with the Youth Program in her Church. She was the Gifted and Talented District Coordinator for the Caldwell County School System, where she worked for 15 years, she was a National Board Certified Teacher and a Kentucky Colonel. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 13, from 11:00 AM until 3:30 PM at Morgan's Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Sunday at 4:00 PM at Piney Grove Cemetery in Caldwell County with Rev.
